6 Week HyperPrimal RFT Fundamentals Program 00HyperPrimal was designed to help the individual move better and lose fat through raw functional movements.
These movements emphasize mobility and strength while also training the cardiovascular system. Each 30 to 45 minute workout is self paced and can be adjusted to be joint friendly.
If you want to improve mobility, strength and conditioning while also losing body fat with no equipment and only your bodyweight this is a great program to start with.
Weeks 1 - 4: Focus on building up your fundamentals and conditioning
Week 5: Emphasize on sequencing these movements together in longer flows
Week 6: Jump into full RFT workouts with minimal rest and test your resolve
